JMusiquex Productions Collaboration Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between JMusiquex Productions ("Producer") and the participating Recording Artist ("Artist").

Participation begins upon payment of the $50 Collaboration Entry Fee and remains valid for three (3) months from the date of payment.

1. Beat License

Artist must purchase a beat from JMusiquex Productions prior to submission.

Beat licenses are non-exclusive unless otherwise stated.

Ownership of the instrumental production remains with JMusiquex Productions.

Artist must submit:

• Verse and chorus
• Recorded vocal track
• WAV format file

Producer reserves the right to accept or decline any submission at their sole discretion.

If selected, the Producer will:

• Produce the final song
• Mix and master the final record
• Distribute the song to streaming platforms

Streaming revenue will be distributed as follows:

60% Producer (JMusiquex Productions)
40% Artist

Producer may submit the song to music supervisors for:

• Television
• Film
• Commercial placements

Payment will apply only to the first placement secured. Payment will be distributed as follows:

70% Producer ( JMusiquex Productions). 30% Artist

Additional royalties beyond the initial placement are not guaranteed.

Producer retains ownership of:

• Instrumental production
• Master recording rights unless otherwise negotiated

Artist retains ownership of their lyrics and vocal performance.

Artist may collaborate with other producers and companies.

This agreement expires three (3) months from the entry fee payment date.

Payment of the collaboration entry fee constitutes acceptance of these terms.
